This diptych (with Zogjtë e Babit) honors my father.
“Zogjtë e Babit”(daddy’s birds) is how my dad has referred to me and my two sisters for our entire lives, and I love to still hear him say it with pride.
“Dora Babit” (daddy’s hand) is the title of a song I made up when I was a kid and used to sing as I played.
